Keep it Moving team kept moving non-stop. Keep it Moving team came earlier than the booked time with the Luton van. They moved non-stop to help load the stuffs into their van. They came prepared with big commercial size tall boxes to put in loose items. We had a lot of boxes and we overshot our booked time by 1hr, but the extra time charges were reasonable. They also entertained my 3yr old son whilst they were moving stuffs. Would definitely recommend them.
Friendly and efficient!
Frank was very helpful, considerate and punctual..
When the parking space just outside the house was occupied and he had to park on the other side of the road he helped me take out the items out of the van and put them on the right side to make up for that extra distance.
Professional, and had a nice attitude.
Helpful and courteous
Good Good
Really friendly and helpful. He was on time (well, he arrived quite early but was happy to wait). I'd accidentally selected 'no driver help' but I did require his help in the end, and he charged me an additional £58 (to move from third storey to first storey flat) I wish there was an easier way to amend my booking rather than directly emailing (i.e. to add driver help), or to retrospectively add my phone number (I hadn't added it when I booked, unaware that I wouldn't have another opportunity to share my number with the driver) so my driver couldn't contact me in the end!
Very patient and chilled…worked hard
Many of our drivers regularly work across Haringey, so they know the area’s filtered streets, busier corridors, and mixed housing layouts. This can help when route choice, parking, or building access is less straightforward than it first looks.
Haringey combines busy main roads, dense residential areas and a growing number of newer apartment buildings. Parking controls, filtered streets and property access can all make a short local job less straightforward than it first looks.
A large share of homes are flats or maisonettes, so apartment blocks, converted houses and newer developments often bring shared entrances, lifts or tighter loading access into the job.
Many residential streets operate controlled parking zones, especially around Tottenham, Wood Green and busier central areas, so where the van can stop often needs more planning.
Some neighbourhoods include camera-enforced traffic filters that can affect how vehicles reach certain streets, so the easiest approach is not always the most direct one on the map.
