I'm not in the country at the moment and got an email notification that the driver, Billy, was trying to reach me, so I called him. Billy was amazing! From the very beginning he was pleasant, friendly and patient. He was really understanding and that calmed me because I was thousands of miles away having a conniption! He took my stress away and made things seem effortless. I cannot speak highly enough about how brilliant was. I would recommend Billy 100% and will definitely be using him in future.	29th October

So I have had to pay £90 for 2 trips within the 2 hours which I am not really happy about as I’m a new mother and need all the money I can get. I would like to know why it doesn’t state that on the booking confirmation or website CMV response: Part of the quote you receive is based on distance, therefore you are quoted for one trip only. Although the driver will of course make additional trips for you, and reload and unload the van again, he will charge you his via stop fee for this (in the case of your driver this was £5 per trip) plus £1.15 per mile for the additional mileage. We do send you a link to the 'Five Things You Really Need to Know About Your Booking' which we advise that you read before the move, which outlines the additional charges for further trips. It is always advisable to book the correct size van for your move, which would avoid the need for additional trips.	15th October

He said he would be about 5 minutes and he was within that time. Both men were very polite and friendly. Driver was not on time Had straps and blankets Driver was respectful We booked a medium van, he brought a large van which seemed good initially, but when organising everything we believe things would have fit in a medium van and he still charged us a big extra fee for a large van that was almost half empty. He also didn’t clarify this extra charge ahead, only when we were done with the move, which puts us in an awkward position	30th September

I rushed the booking and forgot to include a lot of stuff which meant I obviously had to pay more, the driver gave me a cheaper deal to help me out as I was pretty much skint after paying £900 on a rent deposit and bond. Booked the driver for 2 and a half hours from 9am-11:30am and we had only packed half my belongings by 11:30, due to me under estimating how long it would take to move. He then stayed with us an extra hour to make sure I had those belongings moved into the new house. I gladly agreed to pay the extra. Was a big help. Someone else would've charged a lot more aswell. And even though I still had a few things at my old flat ( which turned out to be another van full) and the driver never usually worked past 6pm, he offered to drive back to us at 8pm back to horwich so we could move the rest of the stuff over. Obviously it wasn't for free but I had no problem with paying especially since he could've charged me a lot more for the extra hours help from 8pm to 9pm. Nice bloke over-all and a funny guy, would recommend to anyone.	30th September

The driver threatened to charge me 250 pounds just because I did not mentioned there is a lift in my apartment, which is obvious for any apartment in Manchester. I finally give the driver extra 50 pounds in cash and the driver threatened me not to tell the company. The driver promised me to send me a email confirming to receive the extra 50 pounds but he did not. In total, I am very unhappy with your service and I will share my experience on social media about how your driver was behaved.	19th September
