Den was a bit late around 15 min but he kept me up to date and called me in advance , he only picked my booking early in the morning and was super helpful and efficient . All my stuff was delivered without any damages and gave me a lift to the drop place . Overall very happy and we finished 30 min earlier than what was expected

Despite not being on time, Den rang me to tell me that he was running behind which was really helpful even though he was only a slightly bit late!
He also rang me the night before to confirm everything which helped me feel at ease. Then the move was so smooth! We loaded everything into the van and he handled everything with so much care, especially my PC which I was very nervous about transporting.
Unpacking on the other end was so quick and easy and everything is in perfect condition!!

Daniel is great. He was organised and quick. He was late but called me on my mobile ahead of time to inform. He came with a trolley, straps and blankets but did not use them, maybe because it wasn’t a long journey and we didn’t have a lot of stuff to move. So far, it was a great experience.

Great Service! My original driver did not show up and when I called Comapre the Man and A Van customer service (Monty) arranged for a new replacement driver and van immediately! The new driver was very polite and helpful! I also got a £10 Uber voucher by way of an apology from the company. Great Service, Great Price 👍🏻

Denis was brilliant, he was able to get to us a bit early which was useful. He packed all our stuff into the van incredibly well and used straps and blankets to protect as necessary. He took extra care with my rickety cabinet which has lots of sentimental value so that was much appreciated. He is a really nice chap as well - would highly recommend him. Even though I Had only rented the van, the driver helped to move my stuff, up to the 3rd floor of a building and accepted additional items that were not included in the initial booking, without any additional fee. I would 100% hire him again!

Denis was amazing, he called a few hours before the move asking if I wanted to amend the time at all which was convienient as I was ready early! He helped move the boxes and packed the van well with no damage to any items.

He came 2.5 hours early, I approved 2 hours earlier but not 2.5 hours. I asked for driver to help move, he mostly just stood there and only helped load things onto the van, but not really anything else.
Driver's response:
There was no parking at the allocated address so I had to park on the curb on a double yellow line. I obviously chose to stand by the van in case a traffic warden tried to issue me with penalty notice.
In addition, I made the customer aware that I was coming at that time and she agreed to this so I don't understand why she is complaining. As can be seen by all my reviews, I provide a great service and pride myself on this.
Maybe the customer just didn't like me.
