Eddie and Darren were absolute heroes! Moving is stressful already, but both Eddie and Darren provided peace of mind, which is priceless! I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and efficiency.

Eddie and his helper arrived on time to help me move all the way from the countryside in Gloucestershire to Bracknell, and they arrived at the destination almost an hour as planned!!! I'm temporarily staying in an AirBnb temporarily and therefore gave them the code to collect the keys to unload my stuff, and they'd already finished the job before I even arrived!!! Respectful, polite, friendly, and most importantly, very efficient and truth-worthy, which is difficult to find these days!! Will definitely work with them again for my next move :) Thank you guys so much this is literally the best and the most hassle-free move I've ever had in my life!

Move went smoothly and quickly, happy with everything and Eddy was really nice too which helps!

We contacted a driver from somewhere else but got delayed (4hrs) and then cancelled. We were then in a desperate situation and needed a urgent removal service in the middle of the night. We called this company, the guy on the phone was extremely helpful and helped us get a driver very soon. The driver arrived on time, late in the night. He helped us load all our heavy boxes and then we started our 3hr journey. One of the major highway was closed that night however the driver patiently found an alternative. When we arrived, it was literally midnight. The driver was still patient. He helped us unload our 40ish boxes, put them in a lift...twice. Throughout the trip, he did not complain even slightly. Well, imagine that he had to drive all the way back. I would certainly say a word or two, but he did not. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and deeply felt that this high quality, friendly, patient, out-of-work-time service worthies much more than the price.

Believe all the reviews, Eddie really is a hero. I was let down by another company and started looking (with little hope or expectation) very short notice for someone else to help me move on a Sunday. I submitted an inquiry at 11pm on Saturday and miraculously Eddie responded to me by 8am on Sunday adamant he’d make it work and help me out (despite living hours away from me approx 100 miles!) Not that I encourage others to inquire at such short notice, but I highlight the ridiculous turnaround because it’s testimony to his work ethic and immense kindness. Could not recommend more and I am so very thankful for all his help 😇

The team arrived at the agreed time and were very efficient in helping us with our move. Moreover they were friendly, helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We managed to complete the move in 2 hours (vs the 3 hour estimate) too which was great!

Best removal service I have ever used. The company called when the booking was made for extra confirmation, they were early, worked quickly and were exceptionally careful with my items and property. Not only were they lovely to me they were also lovely to each other, clear team work and respect being demonstrated which was great to see. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they were faultless.

Perfect in everything, we just waited for him a bit too long, but it's forgivable as first time and considering the weather. If it wasn't for that, I would have given 5 stars.

I had a fantastic experience with Ace Man and Van. Eddie was incredibly friendly, courteous and polite throughout the whole move, and very helpful. He was on time and I was lucky enough to have him bring an extra pair of hands helping out! They loaded all my belongings into the van in around ten minutes. The service made my whole move so easy - everything ran smoothly. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend!

Really good & friendly service!

Eddie was absolutely brilliant, helpful, communicative and all-round great. However, the time-frame allowed for the delivery did not actually allow time for the items to be loaded and unloaded and the driver to locate exactly where we were. It was also a very conservative driving-time estimate, which the driver would have had to cover very quickly throughout and there was no allowance for traffic or for anything to go wrong whatsoever. I think a good 20-30 mins should be allowed for anything to go wrong/people not to be able to find each other! We therefore had to pay an additional

Ace Man and Van was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with. We are very satisfied with our move and would definitely use this service again in the future. Highly recommend!

Gave me all the info I needed before we confirmed the job and was transparent about possible additions to the price (which weren't needed in the end) as I wasn't sure how much stuff I had (my fault). Very prompt and even though the location of where I was is complicated to get to, he did make it in the end. Calls you beforehand as well which is a good thing. Courteous and friendly driver who's very fast when it comes to moving stuff one place to the other. He doesn't have a trolley in his van but he works really quick when transferring items to and from. Was shocked to see how fast he got most items into the lift in a short period of time. Even the van is a shock considering that his van is an extra large van ahahah He uses an app to travel on van and he explained the app goes through routes that aren't busy when they normally are so he gets to the destination quick. Would use again if I have too much to carry across from one place to another. CMV Response: A very nice review although we would say that all drivers carry trollies as standard. Just because this driver felt it would be faster for him not to his trolley for this particular move, does not mean that he doesn't have a trolley available.

Eddie was brilliant; cheerful and helpful despite the load being heavier and bigger than I'd anticipated. He re-packed the van to make sure all items could fit it (and it was tight, but he found a way) so that we could keep it to one trip. A lovely guy and I'd recommend him highly any day of the week.
