Communication on the day great. It had taken us an hour and a half to finish off our packing between three of us -and we'd still be there now I think, faffing about, but when Aimen (our man with a van) came he took over and organised us into an efficient team; one person carrying to lift, one in lift, one in lobby etc...we suddenly got into a rhythm which saw all our furniture and infinite amount of laundry bags into his van in 20 minutes. He also - I am pleased to say - remained calm with the security guard trying to get him to park half a mile away. A smile and a promise to be quick (he was - and how) and the security guy was ok with it all, even urging us to 'take our time - don't rush'. Made light work of the traffic and the long drive between flats...helped to get bags and furniture off van but couldn't help us further as the agent wouldn't let us in as he was completing a 90 min itinerary at the new flat. Not Amen's fault that he couldn't finish the job and help to get the stuff inside. Overall, calm, polite and super efficient.

The driver we had was good, and the pricing was definitely reasonably. However, when we booked, we chose from a list of names and quotes. The driver we selected from this was not the driver who completed our job, and this changed as soon as we had confirmed. Not sure why this was, but that could have been a problem.

I’m so very thankful to my driver! He was so kind and helpful (despite the massive downpour of rain that made moving all my stuff to the truck a bit more stressful for me). He strapped my plant down very secure as well so it arrived in one piece. The driver helped me move the boxes up a flight of stairs as well. All in all, really pleased I got a man in a van to assist and will for sure do the same when I have to move again in the future.

Aimen delivered excellent service across the board. Not only was he prompt, he even messaged to see if we wanted to get started earlier as he was in the area and available. He was extremely careful with all of our belongings, and was perfectly happy to give us some time to look around the new flat before we started moving things inside. All in all, the day ran like clockwork and that was largely thanks to Aimen. We couldn’t recommend him higher.

I booked for 2.45pm. At 2.40 I was told the driver would be delayed by 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, I was told Another 20 minutes. This was because my original driver cancelled last minute and the new, replacement driver was only made aware of my booking at the last moment hence the delay. I understand that is outside your control but that is outrageous. It was my first time Using this service and I’m Not sure I can recommend it to anyone or use it again. The replacement driver was efficient and apologetic

Can't recommend enough, Aimen Removals came to our rescue at the very last minute when we realised on moving day we had more stuff than could fit on the original van, and the driver could not have been more polite or helpful. It was a frantic day and we got stuck in rush hour traffic coming back through London, however he went above and beyond to help us and assisted with unloading at the other end. The driver was fantastic, was well prepared with blankets and straps and took charge of placing items in the van for us which made the whole move much easier. All in all meant that a move that we thought would take north of 3 hours was done in an hour. Couldn't recommend this guy more highly!
