The driver I had originally booked was not able to come on the day, but I got sent a different driver who was super nice and went above and beyond with everything!
My original driver cancelled the booking and i was only emailed about it 30 minutes before shift time. They provided me with alternate driver, who did his best. But i believe he could have handled the stuff more gently.
