After I loaded my stuff during the ride he kept calling someone to complain and even stopped somewhere for half an hour and threatened to return to return to where I started and asked me for more money. At least he didn't officially kidnap me so I should be grateful.

People do have dogs and he could easily have been put safely in the garden with a bit of communication between me and the driver but driver was too busy on his phone so heavy items I’d paid for help with got left on the front drive until someone else came over to help. A service, but not a happy, helpful service.

I think your service should include diameters of vehicles compartments so customers are better informed when deciding on the van size. Obviously, I couldn't imagine a single item wouldn't fit. No boxes, no furniture, just a fridge freezer. | 23rd March |

I am a bit unhappy about being rushed by the driver as they were originally a bit late which is understandable. However if I pay for certain amount of time I expect to be served for the time I pay. Did a 2h booking and did let the driver go after about 1h of work but being feeling rushed is not nice.

He was early (with a call beforehand to check that was ok) and carefully helped me remove and load my belongings. He packed the van with care and strapped larger items where necessary. It was a smooth operation and he was very polite. I would recommend him to anybody considering using his services.
