I’ve moved several times in my life and this was by far the most stressful as I couldn’t pick up my keys in time…However, Peter had the patience of a saint. He loaded my possessions with into his van safely, brought my goods up with care and from his end does everything to make the move as smooth as possible. Second time I’ve used him and he also arrives early! Highly recommend!

He knew all the tricks so the van was loaded correctly and everything was fine at the other end. Good van too hired the larger van with a tail lift which was a great option. The weather was shocking especially for June and the motorway was awash with water but he was a good safe driver. I would definitely recommend Ebney Transport to do a great job on a house move, its not worth hiring a van yourself and struggling with it all ! Good luck.

Although they worked hard they were not strong enough to lift a heavy table and there was no tail lift on the van. The van was also smaller than I was expecting and I was unable to move all the furniture I needed.
Driver's response: Hi, I don’t think this is my fault as the customer picked the van. He picked a Luton van, the one in my picture and didn’t ask if I had a tail lift also making no mention of it in the job description. The boys that help every weekend (and now week days as there is no college) are 16 and 17 years old and always get a good mention in my reviews received from customers. The solid stone table that weighed over one tonne took 5 of us to move. The customer had to get some more help and that was with us dragging it because the customer said it had to go. Also, in order to move all of the customer's items, he would have needed a seven and half tonne lorry. I don’t believe this to be a fair account of the work we did. He arrived early on the day and helped me load the van (even though I hadn't initially requested this service). He willingly took a detour to allow me to drop my keys off at my lettings agent. The rest of the drive was enjoyable and speedy, and then Peter helped again with unloading when we arrived at our destination. Hi,
I don’t think this is my fault as the customer picked the van. He picked a Luton van, the one in my picture and didn’t ask if I had a tail lift also making no mention of it in the job description.
The boys that help every weekend (and now week days as there is no college) are 16 and 17 years old and always get a good mention in my reviews received from customers.
The solid stone table that weighed over one tonne took 5 of us to move. The customer had to get some more help and that was with us dragging it because the customer said it had to go.
Also, in order to move all of the customer's items, he would have needed a seven and half tonne lorry.
I don’t believe this to be a fair account of the work we did.
