I had to put No to questions 2 and 3 but don't actually know as he could not do the job. He came alone - he said he had not read the order in which i clearly stated that 2 strong movers were needed. I have requested a refund

Souleymane and his brother were very personable and got the job done after the driver that I was initially allocated pulled out that morning. I was very grateful for the help. However, on inspection of some of my belongings once they had left, I noticed they had damaged a few pieces of furniture which was disappointing. I would have appreciated the heads up as I ended up hurting myself and damaging another piece of furniture as I did not realise part of the leg of the TV stand had snapped off.

1 hour late, broke a bit off of a chest of drawers by smacking it against the wall.
The driver arrived an hour and 30 minutes late. We had taken the day as unpaid leave from work just for the move. We ordered the large van with the driver’s help. The driver was not helpful. We had clearly mentioned on the application that we need to move to a three-story building and we paid extra (70£) all in advance for this service. After arriving, the driver unloaded and helped with the first item which is the sofa, and then only unloaded the rest of the items to the ground floor and said he wanted to leave. After we told him that he arrived almost one hour and half late snd that we paid for a full service all the way to the third floor, the driver started shouting and being rude to us. He started telling us: you can report me all you want, i’ve been with them for 5 years, they are not gonna believe you, they will believe me, and went on to record via video recording without consent the furniture and the stuff to be moved. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received today. I have a paid a loads of money in advance and for a specific service. Moving is already stressful and i was left with my flatmate to carry all the items three floors without elevators while we had paid for the service. In the end, the two-hour pre-paid service from ground floor in the initial house to the third floor in the second house, ended up being a 35-minute service, with minimal driver intervention and a rude behavior from him. I’m never using this service again and I’ll make sure to spread the word about the horrible service I received.
Sorry but my order was changed last minute to a company I did not choose.
Booked for 12 noon by the time it was 1248hrs I called the new driver and he had not received the order. He called me back after he checked and said he'd be an hour. He came by at 1347hrs with another guy. This other guy kept standing or sittingbin the van to " ensure no parking ticket was issued and I was asked if they got a ticket they'd send it to me.
I had a double bunker bed that the driver dismantled, it was an arduous task and he needed his other guy as it was cracked by the stair as well as my fairy light snapped.
He had another job at 4pm so pnly asked his mate yo help in the last bit to hurry up the procedure. His mate spoke no English so I spoke a bit if French. I told both I had one book shelf with loose shelves so needed to be held in a certain way otherwise they'd fall out . He took little or no notice so some were chipped.
It went over 1725hrs so I had to pay another £25 as it went over 3 hrs.. he asked me to pay jim privately to his personal account via online banking.
They were nice guys but could have been more professional. Since I didn't chose them I had no say . It was changed without explanation.
Driver was late but rang to notify. Very helpful in loading and unloading my items

Mr Souleyman Toure was absolutely helpful through this journey. He knew how to fit my luggage at the right places of the van to secure them.I travelled with My items and it was an enjoyable journey.He was very patient and really did a great job keeping me up to date

I have to say my driver Souleymane Toure was super friendly, helpful and also chatty. My whole journey was highly supported by him and he was very active to offer helps for moving (even I'm strong enough to handle all of them but always good to have a helper haha!) On the other hand he is very responsible that asking me if I need anymore help after finishing his job. I highly recommend him to you guys who need help
The most unpleasant and stressful experience I had, I requested for two people on the website and the driver only came by himself with a small medium size van. He complained quite a lot about the move and wanting to get it done fast but was very rough at handling my items.
Souleymane was super helpful and knew the best options to help secure my items in his van. There is a fuel scarcity atm hence why Souleymane was late but managed to contact one another before the scheduled arrival time to find out if he was still going to be coming or have issues arriving on time. Would definitely recommend Souleymane for another move.
