I paid for driver + 1 helper. Only van & driver turned up, I had to do work of helper I'd paid for
This said, the driver turned up 30 mins early, was very courteous & very respectful of our belongings, making sure everything was secure before departing
If I had to just rate the van & driver it would have been 5 stars, a star was lost because I didn't receive what I'd paid for & customer service for the company is non existent

Arrived a little late but made up for it by being very helpful . We were ready to pack and unpack the van ourselves but the guys jumped right in to help. Everything was safe and secure. Great service.

Excellent but the change of driver left us uncertain of who we were getting and whether this was equal to the price we paid.
