I had booked for a driver and helper and no helper came. The driver said he will do it himself. I have a back problem but felt sorry fir him and helped. So not happy at all that manager had sent driver to do a 2 men job.

A little miss on innovation to start with that delayed it about 2,5 hours, but the guys that turned up were extremely professional and very helpful, would hire again!

The driver called me to tell me when they are arriving. A little late but its okay. They commited to doing the job but overrun so had to pay extra which we were not happy about ofcourse. The staff was always making an error especially with the prices. Paid extra because we need to pay for help to bring stuff to the lift. Paid extra due to overtime due to work that should have been done by 3 people for 3 hours but just given to 2 people, overrun for half an hour but still not happy. Overall, happy with the service done by the 2 men. It was hardwork, i feel sorry for them but they were kind and still smiling and talking to us so kindly. I’ll check if anything was broken though. Hopefully none. Thanks! Still thought its a bit much to pay but everything now is expensive.

Artur was brilliant, helping me take house contents to big yellow storage and helping me for everything into the storage room. When I was worried it wouldn’t fit, he said we’d do it. He’s a very experienced and very helpful mover. Nothing gif broken. ,
