The guys arrived and immediately got to work. The van was clean and professional. I assisted them with the move but they made it easy. Alexios the driver was the a credit to himself and his team.
A little miss on innovation to start with that delayed it about 2,5 hours, but the guys that turned up were extremely professional and very helpful, would hire again!

The driver called me to tell me when they are arriving. A little late but its okay. They commited to doing the job but overrun so had to pay extra which we were not happy about ofcourse. The staff was always making an error especially with the prices. Paid extra because we need to pay for help to bring stuff to the lift. Paid extra due to overtime due to work that should have been done by 3 people for 3 hours but just given to 2 people, overrun for half an hour but still not happy. Overall, happy with the service done by the 2 men. It was hardwork, i feel sorry for them but they were kind and still smiling and talking to us so kindly. I’ll check if anything was broken though. Hopefully none. Thanks! Still thought its a bit much to pay but everything now is expensive.

I had a really stress-free moving experience today with Max and Nazar (apologies if I've spelt incorrectly). Nazar turned up right on time, and while Max was just a little late, I was kept updated the whole time by Nazar, Nazar continued with what he could, Max apologised when he arrived (it was no big deal) and they both got on with the move as quickly as they could. It was a struggle to get the wardrobe out of the flat due to a narrow stairwell but they helped me disassemble it which was much appreciated. Once they brought all my stuff to the new place, they had everything out of the van within about 15 mins. They were also very friendly, pleasant and professional throughout. I would highly recommend them and I will certainly be looking them up for when I next move! Many thanks again!!

The driver was 3 hours late. The driver and helper were incredibly efficient when they did arrive and my items got moved into storage just in time. My only issue was the lack of proper communication on time and actual arrival time.

Alexios and his mate were amazing!!! They were slightly late getting to us but kept us updated which was brilliant! They were super speedy and respectful of our possessions. I would highly recommend them for any moves. I was anxious about using this site based in some of the reviews but we've had a brilliant experience.

The booked driver changed 5/6 times since the start of the booking which was very frustrating. I even spoke to one less than 16 hr before he was due to Arrive and then it changed again.
However, I was very happy with the service once the final driver arrived.
Best movers honestly I am a single mother and I moved with 2 young kids they looked after our staff with care and after they was done made sure we was okay and where happy with all our items

We loved Alexis and Vitali! We were dreading our move as we'd lived in our flat for 12 years and the move felt emotional and insurmountable, as we had so much stuff so had moved half our stuff with two other helpers two days before. From the moment they arrived, they cheered us up immensely. They were sweet, funny guys and we spent the day laughing and having fun on a day that I thought would be full of tears. I am quite shy of strangers and I didn't feel one bit anxious in their company. To be honest I was sad when they left as it so much fun! Highly recommended to anyone looking to make their move a happy experience.
Driver arrived 1 hour late however the second handy man arrived on time, helping bring packages ready for moving.
The guys did a great job and moved the stuff safely and at pace.

Alex and Vitali were fantastic guys and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Super hard working, lovely people, interesting and actually made the process of moving enjoyable. They arrived with a van bigger than I even ordered (I ordered large) and thank god because they managed to fit an entire 35 sq ft unit and 25sq ft unit that was full to the ceiling into their van in one load. They both know what they’re doing and packed everything very smartly into the van as well as helping to carry it all the way from the storage units. I drove with them from the storage to my home and we had a lovely chat on the way as they’re both very interesting guys. On the other side they were very hard working and kept going, taking things up 2 flights of stairs without even taking breaks! They’re super hard working guys and I can honestly say I would hire them again in a heart beat. Best money I’ve spent so far during this house move. They saved my partner and I so much stress and turned what had been days of moving things into storage with 10 car loads into a quick 3 hour job. Thank you both so much for your help and I wish you both the best of luck!

Alex (Alexios BASONIDIS) was awesome. He was on time, was very helpful and friendly. He had a great attitude to work, was organised and calm. Alex walked the extra mile and made sure that nothing gets damaged. All of my items arrived in perfect condition (it was a 2 bed with lift move to a 3 bed with stairs). He and his helper made this very stressful experience less chaotic. Highly recommend him to anyone as he is very reliable and hard working.

2 hours late
Alexis was not on time - approximately 25 mins late - however he did text to let me know and it really wasn't a problem. Both Alexis and his partner were great. We loaded the van quickly and got on our way. They helped unload at the other end and were fab! Thanks guys!!

Alexios Basonidis was my driver today after 2 cancellations from previously booked drivers. What a great guy, he was a few minutes late due to traffic, but that was communicated to me via my mobile, so not a problem. I sat in the van with him for the return journey, it was a pleasure, what an interesting man, highly recommended.
I booked a driver and an assistant, but only one man showed up. Despite the driver reaching out to him constantly the second mad did not show. However, the driver completed the job and was very helpful and polite, I would highly recommend him

Alexios was coming from Richmond over to Lewisham and hit awful traffic BUT he let us know so all was well. He was very professional and moved everything so smoothly, with great respect and was utterly charming. If there were ten stars he'd get them. I thoroughly recommend him.

The removal service we originally booked had to cancel and we were very lucky to get re-booked with Nathan Browne. He was excellent and went above and beyond to help us with loading and unloading the van as quickly posisble. He was very gentle with the fragile items and made sure our stuff was well protected in transit. Would rate 11/10!
