Great service, really fast and treated our belongings with care and respect. The driver and his helper did the majority of the lifting, and were very helpful and accommodating. There's a reason these guys have such good ratings. Highly recommend, will definitely use their service again.

Wayne was so incredibly helpful. I was moving alone and he helped so much it was brilliant!! We arrived and were unpacked with a full hour to spare! One small thing I would mention is that Wayne has a lovely little dog who he brought in the front of the van on our journey. For me this was absolutely an extra treat, but if you are someone who doesn't like/is allergic to dogs it’s good to know in advance. Absolutely brilliant move though, highly recommend!! X

This is our second time moving with Wayne and we can't recommend enough. He is a super professional and an all around great guy! He was right on time, really helpful and efficient and took extra care with our fragile and very heavy items. He is so speedy that we finished 30 minutes earlier than expected. Yes, I was totally astonished that I had to pay congestion charge on top. So that made it as expensive as luxury Addison Lee. It should have made clear! I might not use your company again. CMV response: As the congestion zone fee is a government tax, it is not included in the online quotes. Unfortunately there is no software available that recognizes if you are moving within or through the congestion zone, which means £15.00 will be added to your online quote. However, we display a clear message on the Quotes Page to make all customers aware of this prior to booking on the left side of the page. In addition, we have a dedicated section to the congestion charge on our primary FAQ page, as well as our Ts & Cs page and also a further warning is given on the email confirmation you receive.

Wayne was very helpful and very careful arranging things, and has plenty of equipment in his (very large) van - straps, blankets, lifting equipment. He was late because of an over-run with the previous job and a wrong-turn and over-reliance on SatNav (which tried directing us via the Rotherhithe Tunnel) meant a 30-ish minute journey became a 50 minute journey. This meant we finished a bit later than expected. Sure these aren't regular occurrences though.

Excellent job - had some awkward bits of furniture, which he expertly manoeuvred round some tight spaces. The price was also very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Wayne was exceptional. We over ran majorly as hadn’t envisaged the job to be quite so big and weren’t as org wise ras we had hoped and he just got on with it. He problem solved, gave 110% ( a lot of brute force) and directed obnoxiously large and heavy items down our narrow stairs with minimal damage.

Not the most professional level of service. Driver was 30 minutes late and refused to help carry smaller items upstairs leaving 30 minutes early. Complaining to a client is not a good look as I am always willing to tip or pay extra for exceptional service. Wouldn't book again. CMV RESPONSE: We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the service you received, however, as you selected 'no stairs' in your booking, the driver would not take your goods up or down any stairs, unless you were prepared to pay this charge. In addition, If the booking is completed early because you do not wish to pay the stair charge, the driver is under no obligation to stay and perform a service that he has not been paid to do.

Great service. Wayne arrived and immediately started to load the goods. We got to the destination on time and Wayne spent additional time helping to unload, which was a bit of a logistical challenge. All in all I could not fault this service at all and highly recommend.

The quote you receive is only ever based on one trip, from collection to delivery address.

I booked my van spur of the moment for immediate arrival. The driver arrived after the time I had booked but we arranged that so his flexibility really helped. My time did not start till he turned up, so it worked well for both of us. My items although not fragile were (although not always heavy) often troublesome to move but he had the strength and practice to make moving it look easy and getting it all in, simple. He was full of banter and we had a laugh loading, driving and unloading. He also dropped me at my car. He was a genuinely really nice bloke and I was pleased I used his service.

Wayne was very kind and friendly and made me feel at ease with the move. Although he was half an hour late he completed the move stress free. I failed to mention that there would be one extra item and also that there were an extra flight of stairs and he was absolutely fine about this - nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and pass on his details to friends for future use. :-)

Wayne and his colleague were excellent! We have made countless moves, across the country, across Europe, and across the Atlantic for work, and experienced many different levels of commitment from movers. Wayne was absolutely one of the best. He was a little late - stuck on the M25, so not at his doorstep, as a person can never tell what the M25 is going to do. He then immediately made up for it. What I thought would take two and a half hours to do only took him an hour and a half. And on a sweltering hot day, he did it all with the best possible humour and courtesy, as did his colleague. Trust me, Wayne is good.

Our driver Wayne was fantastic, despite it being a very hot day he kept his cool. Managed to pack our entire 3 bed house worth of items in to the van when I thought it was impossible. He helped us all the way and even when we ran over time by an hour (due to traffic on the M25, not his fault) this wasn't an issue at all. The move was so much smoother thanks to him. Cheers!!
