Napoleon and his team were attentive, friendly and provided lots of assurance for good service throughout the move. They were prompt, careful and communicated well with clients. They handled difficult situations professionally and were trustworthy throughout the process. Would recommend and definitely use them again.

Two previous drivers cancelled, one ten minutes before arrival. Both apparently due to insurance of driving with a passenger but I don’t know why that would be a last minute realisation. Neither driver gave me the option of driving without me. The first just cancelled and the second said it was fine but cancelled an hour later. All very stressful and CMV should absolutely be doing more to stop last minute cancellations

Great service and really helpful. Slight delay but I was informed and given plenty of notice.

The driver took me to the wrong location (storage facility) and we only recognized it was wrong after we offloaded the van then we had to reload it again. The job exceeded the time by 40min and the driver charged me for one hour even though it was his fault that he went to the wrong location. I paid him 30£ cash even though I shouldn’t have

They called me before hand to confirm the booking and texted me when they were on their way (as I was waiting at the new home) The driver arrived at the pick up address on time and was extremely friendly and helpful, he had everything packed and secured very quickly. The move was completed half an our earlier than I expected. Overall a great service, definitely recommend.

Napoleon was AMAZING! I was very anxious about the move but that went away within minutes after he arrived. He got there on time and was so friendly and helpful. They were extremely friendly and completed the move 45mins quicker than the estimated time. Would definitely use this removal service again!

He was energetic and willing to help more than any other service that I have ever booked. Very nice vehicle as well and good taste in music, but yes I will recommend him to all my friends. Napoleon was excellent throughout the move, informing me when he was en route, turned up on time, very helpful with lifting heavy items and he was very careful with all my belongings. He didn't rush me along at all and put me at ease with what is normally quite a stressful experience. I would totally recommend him and will use him again if I have to move in the future.

It is no exaggeration to say that Napoleon is the Superman of removalists! He is a true Artist of his trade. I was assigned him randomly through Compare The Man And Van and I am so grateful we ended up with his services. I cannot recommend NRS Movers highly enough. I had completely underestimated the amount of van space required for our move. Napoleon foresaw this issue and offered to arrange an additional van for a small extra fee, which proved invaluable on the day. He also brought along two additional porters for the move, all included in our original agreed price. Napoleon and his team were careful, considerate and extremely efficient. Napoleon guided his team with an extreme level of thought and care for the safety of our things and the ease and efficiency of our move. Moving is a stressful business and Napoleon and his team made the whole day very easy for us. I have moved house a lot and I can honestly say I have never experienced service of this quality from another removalist. Highly recommended!

Hi there, I really need to speak to someone in customer service to arrange a refund for my booking today. The driver I was assigned (Lucian) had no record of the booking when I texted him to confirm, so I booked with him directly as I couldn’t get through to your customer service team. Then another driver called Napoleon showed up (late) on the day, with the wrong info about the job (he was by himself, and it’s a two man job) I need a full refund, as I have now had to pay the original driver Lucian directly in cash for actually doing the job The driver arrived very late but did a good job when we were able to sort it out. However this whole process has been incredibly stressful and frustrating, and I’ve now paid twice. Please get back to me as soon as you can

This van is a tardis driven by a wizard. I realised in the early hours of the night before that I definitely should have ordered a giant van but we got it all in and nothing was damaged. Heartily recommended.

Used the service to move flats. He arrived on time, not at all fazed by all the belongings piled up ready to go just started methodically loading the van. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. I thought it was money well spent.

I was wondering if i could get a partial refund. The driver was very nice, but he arrived a bit late, and stacked things in an awkward manner so that a couple of frames smashed. I had booked him for 2 1/2 hours to help, and actually only used him for an hour and 15 minutes. He loaded and unloaded the van but didn't do any of the carrying up and down the stairs (which I had booked), so I feel I overpaid him for his services.

Van was about 30-40 mins late, but Napoleon gave me a heads-up a few hours in advance and then called me again with an update closer to my booking time – so no real problem at all. Very professional and experienced driver and his helper. We had 40+ big boxes and luggage items to be shifted. He checked the stuff and then planned on where which stuff will go taking good care of all fragile stuff and also our plants. Very respectful. very good, driver came earlier therefore we finished earlier and quite fast.

Driver turned up 30 mins late, didn't apologise or even give a reason for being late. Didn't help much with the stuff and seemed to expect to be handed the stuff by myself and my girlfriend despite us selecting we wanted the driver to help. Didn't seem especially covid safe as was impatient when I wanted to wait to take the lift after him to avoid breaking social distancing, and said "what's the point of the masks then?". I was allocated them by the platform because the people I booked with weren't available. If the same happens with others, my opinion would be to go with another service because I was very disappointed with this one.

Perfectly on time, a few minutes early in fact and had loads of stories to tell about work when we were in the van driving to the new house so it made it a really pleasant journey. Very helpful and pleasant driver. Only comment would be that I specifically paid for assistance for two flights of stairs but I did the bulk of the lifting. No biggy as he did come up to help with the larger items, but worth watching out for as the website charges for 1 / 2 flights of stairs assistance. Otherwise , all good.

My stuff is still in my flat, no one told me that the driver and his van weren't going to come! I had to call them, they didn't apologize or care they brushed me off and then said call Man and A Van, and they would set me up with a new van for the move. I chatted with the head office and gave them my info. They said they would get in touch with me soon and I still haven't received a call or email giving me a new offer or delivery information. Extremely poor and disappointing!

Daniel was kind, patient and helpful. Even though he did not have to, he helped me with the lifting and packing as soon as he realised I might need assistance.

Napoleon made the entire moving process less stressful, he helped me with my boxes, and everything was done within the booked time. Very happy with this choice and I highly recommend Napoleon's services.

Napoleon and his colleague were fantastic. The van was a great size and was exceptionally clean. Napoleon used blankets and secured everything. There was an issue at the storage place I was moving my things to as the lift was broken. Napoleon and his colleague were incredibly helpful and moved everything for me. They lifted all the heavy items and I had very little to do. They were fast, efficient, very careful with all my things very professional. The driver was polite and handled our items with care and attention. He arrived outside the property on time however it took him 15mins to come to the flat. He was not wearing a mask and he only put it on after our request. When in the van he again took off his mask and we had to ask him twice until he agreed to put it back on. Even though he was 15 mins late he was quite direct in telling us that our time was up and if we wanted him to stay for longer we would have to pay extra. Otherwise, we are happy with the service, and the communication we had with the driver and the agency was great.

My initial driver was very polite and let me know in advance that there was potential from delay during his first job. He kept me very informed and unfortunately he was unable to make it to me in time. I appreciate the transparancy so I cannot fault him on this. My replacement driver came within 45 minutes of the first one cancelling which was amazing! Of course it was still very late overrall but getting someone else that quickly was really incredible. The driver that arrived was so polite, so friendly and great company for the ride. I will also be getting a partial refund due to the lateness but overall I am extremely happy with the service I received as these things can't be helped sometimes but it is the response that truly stands out.

Driver's response: "I kept in contact with the customer to let them know that we were running late, we can only apologise for this. Straps and blankets were available on the van and we were very respectable at all times. The job was completed safely."

The driver was an hour late, although the tried to call when I was on the underground. The driver was extremely helpful and provided a great service. Definitely knows his way around London. I would still use him again.

The driver was two hours late and I missed two meetings. I need compensation for this - 50% of the total fee. Driver's response: Hi I can only apologise for being late cause of lateness was the Blackwall tunnel was shut off I kept the customer informed and I did complete the job

My driver was 40 minutes late and then he accused me about my items are not being ready to pick up on the ground floor-even though i’ve reserved the service with several stairs to climb up. I would not use this service again! Driver's response: Hi, we can only apologise for the lateness which we updated the customer about. As usual we did help out as much as we could, considering the parking was not good. I apologise although I carried as much as I physically could up the stairs for the customer but at the same time, the parking was not good. We are sorry the customer felt this way but the job was completed.

Impeccable service, arrived earlier after checking whether it was okay which it absolutely was. Great help with the move. Highly recommend.

A bit more than an hour late, I asked for an help and paid for it but the driver didn’t and stayed in the van so I had to carry everything myself. Van was already half full with a big cupboard in side. I will not contact that company again Driver's response: I am very sorry the customer feels this way. Unfortunately the booking was a last minute booking for me, I am a new driver. I didn’t receive the booking straightaway when I realised I just finished a job so I had a return in the back of the van, it was a cupboard. However, my van is a long wheel base sprinter so there was enough room in the van to fit the customer's goods, which was for a small van. I can only apologise for the inconvenience but all went well.

The driver was delayed but he called me beforehand to let me know and arrived promptly at the new time. He came prepared with a trolley which was very useful with moving my items. The driver helped make the moving from South London to North London simple and stress free!

Although the driver was slightly late, he called to tell me, which was good. He was also polite and helpful. Thank you.
