If I could give 10 stars to Napoleon I would. When I initially booked this job at the beginning of the week, I chose a man and van based on their reviews. It was really important to me that I knew who was coming to help me as I was emptying out my storage unit after 5 and half years. It was going to be a stressful process and I wanted to know that the person who was helping me was going to do a good job. The day before, I received a notification that my man and van had been changed. I was not happy and considered cancelling the booking altogether but I needed the job done the next day (as scheduled!!). I couldn't risk not finding someone at short notice.I got a call that evening from my new driver and this put all of my fears to rest! Napoleon went above and beyond to make this job go as smoothly as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me! He was on time and wasn't phased by the amount of stuff in my storage unit. He spent as much time reassuring me as he did packing his van. He is an absolute expert at this making sure that everything was carefully put into his van and that it all fit. He called a helper, Tomas, to meet at my flat to unload. They were quick and efficient and so careful with my things. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are lucky enough to see this review, book Napoleon without hesitation. I would never use anyone else now.

The driver is lovely, very communicative and patient. Car was in good condition, only downfall was the van was smaller than expected. I booked a medium Van but looked small as the picture wasn't also clear for me to see the size of the van. Wasn't able to take all my stuff in one go. Plus two large suitcases that weren't mine were loaded on the van hence taking up all the space that would have carried my own stuff. Other than that, id still recommend as my first experience in 2024 was excellent.

There should be more clarity and advice as to what size Van you should choose. I selected medium and not everything was able to fit which was inconvenient.
He was late but that worked in my favour so I can't complain. He was professional and competent.

Although quiet, he was really helpful and carried an extra box down a flight of stairs which I hadn’t logged in my booking. A few of my boxes/bags were damaged and I wasn’t made aware, hence the one less star. Overall, a smooth experience.
