Traffic was bad in London that day so things moved slower than expected. Otherwise he was efficient, friendly, quick and super helpful. I think he went above and beyond and this was under time pressures when things were running over. I would highly recommend him to anyone moving house in the future.

If I could give more stars I would! Absolutely brilliant service provided, driver arrived ahead of time which I really appreciated. Aside from that he helped with the majority of the moving and was super nice and polite. I thought the whole move would be quite a dreary task but overall took about 45 minutes!!! He was a little bit late due to heavy traffic and he let me know that he was running late before the scheduled time. He was polite and very helpful, he went out of his way to accommodate the fact that I wasn’t feeling very well and had to help more than he would have normally. Great service. I wish i could give more stars. You can't even imagine how good and helpful he was, while i was still frantically preparing stuff. Once i was packed it was way more than i had estimated, but he looked after all my stuff and moved it carefully. Arrived at new place, neighbour got really agressive (I'm so sorry), but he handled it so professionally, and still moved all my stuff within the booking time! Total good guy, hardworking and pleasant. He deserves so much more than this cost.

If there was going to be a congestion charge it should be stated in the price quote. I was asked for an extra 10 pounds and was lucky to have the cash on me. CMV response: There are clear warnings on the Quote Page prior to booking that the congestion charge is not included in any quote you receive, and also on the email confirmation you receive when booking. We are sorry that you missed these.

The driver was very helpful and helped me load and unload the van even though it wasn't included in the payment. He was friendly and reassuring, and rang ahead when he realized he'd be 10 minutes late. Very friendly and professional service.

Efficient and friendly

Unfortunately the driver was 3 hours delayed for collection due to an overrunning previous booking. Rather than being honest and saying he was running very late - he originally said he was only 1 hour late - that then developed into another hour. Upon arrival at the collection he stated that he had the wrong postcode on the job sheet... which was incorrect he had been given the correct postcode, he just couldn't find the collection point. A lovely guy but next time, just be honest and say that you're not going to make it rather than dragging things out unnecessarily. Thank you Driver's response: "On the day of the move myself and my helper had 2 bookings before Scott's booking, both bookings were full house moves which we were not aware of at the time. The first booking started at 9:30am, during the loading process at around 11am, we decided to call Scott to inform him about a delay of approximately one hour as we realised the job will take more time than we expected. Scott said that's fine. Unfortunately when we arrived to our second booking we found out that it was another massive job with a lots of stairs, so we called Scott again to inform him that we will be late one more hour, he again said that's fine for him as he is at the drop off address and we can collect his item without him at anytime before the gate closes at the pick up address (National Theatre). I didn't lie to Scott and I honestly tried to keep him informed during the day from early in the morning by calling him several times. I didn't reject his booking, fail to attend or asked Compare the Man and Van to send another driver because he said he can wait for his item, as long as I will pick it up before the gate closes. We successfully delivered the item to him after 6pm. I did apologise many times, however he never mentioned during the day that he needs the job to be done earlier or in specific time, so this negative review confuses me. I hope this can be resolved in the best way, as every feedback matters for me. Thank you, Denisz"
