Driver was late because of previous job but kept me informed via text and did the job well when he arrived.

V positive experience - booked the night before for a decent price / much better availability and price than the big car & van hire brands

Was 30 mins early (!) and happy to wait while we packed our last bit of stuff. Helpful throughout, careful with our belongings, and with the house when moving them out and in - excellent driver manouevering some of London's trickiest streets with skill and care. Really top - can't recommend enough.

Great service!

The driver came with a bigger van than asked which was useful. I did not request help and therefore he provided zero help so just bare that in mind when booking. My driver was quite irresponsible - driving through bus lanes, checking phone whilst moving, driving very close to cars and emergency stopping a few times which is quite scary given the size of the vehicle. Myself and my belongings got to my destination in one piece which I was grateful for!

24-10-2019 DRIVER'S RESPONSE: I dont understand why a poor review was left the customer was happy with the service provided at the time of the move and i outlined to the customer that a small van was booked but only a medium van was available also the load had was slightly bigger than a small van load and i still allowed them the few extra items without charge.
