I recently had the pleasure of receiving a great help from Ronald, a driver who helped me with a move. Let me start by saying that Ronald is not just any driver, he is an absolute lifesaver! I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the moment Ronald arrived, he put me at ease with his friendly and professional demeanor. He assessed the situation quickly and efficiently and got right to work. Ronald was not only a skilled driver, but also an expert at packing and loading. He was extremely careful with all of my belongings, ensuring that they were properly secured and protected for the journey. What really stood out about Ronald, however, was his can-do attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly, even when faced with unexpected challenges. When we encountered a tight space that made it difficult to maneuver the truck, Ronald was able to find a creative solution that saved us time and money. Throughout the entire move, Ronald was always one step ahead. He anticipated any issues that might arise and had a solution ready. He was also incredibly communicative, keeping me updated on the progress of the move and ensuring that I was comfortable with everything that was happening. We couldn't get everything into the van the first time (which was my fault for not booking a bigger van) and Lorand promptly offered to do a second tour at the end of the day. I genuinely could not recommend Lorand highly enough, he communicated clearly well in advance of our moving day, was 20 minutes early and you could not ask for a more friendly and polite man to help with your move. We were concerned beforehand that we had too much stuff for the van, but Lorand is the master of making the most of the space at hand, and all of our stuff from a 2 bed flat fit in easily with plenty of room to spare. He was incredibly respectful of our items treating them as though they were is own and drove them up to Suffolk just as carefully and conscientiously. Thank you Lorand for making a stressful process as pain free as it could possibly be and I will be recommending you to any and everyone I know who is moving in the future as I do for anyone reading this post. 5* service and the rest without a doubt! Lorand helped carry and load my stuff onto the van, gave the both of us a ride to our new apartment and even had time to pull aside to have lunch on the way. My addresses are on the high street so it was pretty difficult to load and unload the stuff. However, Lorand and his neighbour took care of it perfectly! I've booked for 3.5 hours as the calculator suggested but they've only took 1.5 hours to complete the move! They were super efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!!! :)
